“Solid place for traditional gym. Rarely crowded. Dumbbells up to 120#. Ivanko DBs, some of the bars and most of the weights. 2 squat racks, 2 bench presses, all commercial grade and in good shape. A few nice Hammer Strength machines. Quality cardio machines. Infrared Sauna.”

“Great Gym, love the environment and the owners are amazing as well. The gym has a little something for everyone. On the right is a good set of free weights, bench press, and squat racks. The left side has machines and treadmills. They also have training classes and trainers if you need them. Definitely worth checking it out!”
